Hotel Mio Boutique - Cucuta

The staff here were really friendly and they always helped me out when I needed it. My room had everything I could ask for - a TV with lots of channels, the AC working perfectly, and a safe to keep my things secure. the breakfast they served in the dining area had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. 🍳

Hotel was charming small, we truly enjoyed this place.

Booked a double room, that included TV with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe. Enjoyed swimming pool view...

The room was reasonably large with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the bathroom. As for me, the location was favourable, near to stores and restaurants. Dined at Pizza Brisas, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The location was particularly good, just off the malecon, stores, restaurants, and Cucuta. the staff was amazingly nice and amicable people. - the room had climate control, an individual safe, and pay TV available in my twin room.

The hotel's location could not be beaten, with close proximity to several convenient stores and key attractions.

The hotel did not live up to its name as a boutique hotel. The room felt outdated and lacked basic features one would expect in a boutique experience such as a comfortable bed and proper lighting.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect for exploring the area as there are many stores and restaurants nearby in a nice and safe area. The staff was very friendly and provided great service with their room service, laundry, and even grocery shopping service. The room amenities were top-notch with air conditioning, mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and even a terrace with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were amazing with a spa & wellness centre, rooftop pool, and sun terrace. The wi-fi was fast and reliable throughout the hotel.

Families will love this venue as it provides great amenities and services for all guests.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the clean rooms and the central location of the hotel. It was convenient to have 24/7 stores nearby to grab any needed items. the rooftop breakfast area was a highlight, offering a pleasant view and a nice pool.

the noise level was high, with footsteps and other sounds easily heard in the room.

The location of Mio Boutique hotel was great, with convenient stores nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a small issue with noise in our first room, but the staff was super helpful and quickly moved us to a quieter room on the 4th floor facing the park. The rooftop dining room for breakfast was lovely and the bathroom in our room was good.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and stores, making it easy to find what you need without having to go far. the room is comfortable and clean, with modern amenities that are perfect for business travel. the bathroom is well-maintained and has a good selection of toiletries. Breakfast is tasty and the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooftop pool is a great place to relax after a long day of meetings.

The walls aren't very thick and some noise from other rooms can be heard at times.
